I absolutely love shopping at Wild Birds Shop! The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable (Lisa has now helped me twice :))—she helped me pick out the right seed mix to attract the exact birds I wanted. Their products are high quality, and you can tell they really care about nature and their customers. Every visit feels welcoming, and I always leave excited to see which new birds show up at my feeders. Highly recommend this store to any bird lover!

Fantastic store! DD (I think her name was DD) was soooooo helpful and so knowledgeable. She helped me get all set up with the right bird seed and feeders for this area.

I have been a customer of Wild Birds in Franklin for some time. I was always greatly appreciative of the assistance and knowledge offered by Christy who was such a great source of information about birds and related matters. Christy introduced me to the fantastic world of birds in my garden and willingly shared her experience. Christy’s knowledgeable presence made Wild Birds a true resource for bird enthusiasts and was more than a generic Home Depot seed source. I was aware that a management change had recently occurred at Wild Birds. Unfortunately, I was told during my visit last week that Christy had resigned. Her departure is strangely coincidental with the change in management. It is regrettable that Christy has left Wild Birds and we, as customers, have lost a great resource of knowledge. I, for one, will not be returning to Wild Birds.

Wow, what an amazing store!! They serious have everything and anything you’ll need for your bird feeding and watching needs!! The staff is very helpful and goes above and beyond to help you. They are very knowledgeable and help to say the least!!! Sheri was amazing and would highly recommend this place to anyone!! They have 3 locations in the Nashville area. Franklin, Nashville and the new location in Hendersonville. Stop in a see if awesomeness for yourself!!!

Christy at Wild Birds Unlimited is fantastic! Knowledgeable, helpful and goes the extra mile to assist.... Just what you expect from a local store. Highly recommend them! Oh, and their supreme blend seed is the best seed out there! It’s a bit more expensive, but I counted 22 finches,8 cardinals, chickadees and titmouse on my feeders recently. That Never happened prior to using this blend!
